Product Description
"When they were younger, twin brothers Chris and Kevin Barrett were friends. But then something terrible happened. Their father, Massachusetts State Police Sergeant David Barrett, mysteriously vanished while he investigated five brutal murders. One son believed in his father, the other did not, and something else happened which ended their friendship and changed both of them forever. Mankind tampered with nature and the results were disastrous.
At a time when Bostonians knew themselves and one another, family members understood and played their roles; friends and lovers showed loyalty and respected boundaries. But nature struck back. The unforgiving blow brought with it a time of disorder, imbalance and civil unrest.
A fast-paced, tense and unnerving paranormal mystery, Dirty Water is also an epic novel of love and loyalty, faith and family, in which people irrevocably scarred by the past find themselves colliding with their darkest characteristics."
